Nestled atop a breathtaking hill with a panoramic 360-degree view of the Indian Ocean, our latest dive resort project harmonizes luxury with nature. Our client envisioned a space that would fully embrace the site's natural beauty, prompting us to place the restaurant and pool bar at the highest point of the hill. Here, guests can indulge in unparalleled vistas while enjoying world-class amenities.
Sustainable Design Philosophy
Our commitment to environmental stewardship is reflected in the resort's design. By elevating the villa units on stilts, we significantly reduce the building footprint, preserving the natural terrain and promoting sustainability. This approach ensures minimal disruption to the landscape, allowing the resort to coexist harmoniously with its stunning surroundings.
In this project, we have transformed a challenging site into a luxurious retreat that offers both adventure and tranquility. The dive resort stands as a testament to our dedication to innovative design, environmental responsibility, and the creation of unforgettable guest experiences.

Innovative Zoning for Enhanced Experience
The resort's design ingeniously navigates its heavily contoured site through a strategic division into three distinct zones:
- Public Zone: This area is the vibrant heart of the resort, housing the lobby, reception, dive center, and service buildings. Recognizing the dive center as the focal point of resort activities, we incorporated a secondary access point to streamline the flow for guests returning from their underwater adventures.
- Private Villas: Nestled discreetly on stilts, the villas offer serene seclusion and uninterrupted ocean views. The stilt design not only minimizes the environmental footprint but also seamlessly integrates the villas with the natural landscape, preserving the site's integrity.
- Hilltop Restaurants: Reserved exclusively for villa guests, the restaurants atop the hill provide a dining experience like no other. The strategic placement ensures that every meal is accompanied by the mesmerizing sight of the vast ocean, enhancing the overall guest experience.
