SISTA Dumpling Uluwatu: A Bold Interior-Led Experience
Translating vision into responsible expression.
With the success of its flagship in Berawa, SISTA Dumpling expands its presence to Uluwatu—a destination known for its rugged cliffs and surf culture. Unlike its Berawa counterpart, where sweeping rice field views shape the dining experience, the Uluwatu location shifts the focus inward. Here, the design is about creating an immersive environment, drawing guests into a space where branding, atmosphere, and functionality seamlessly converge.
In response to the lack of external views, the interior takes center stage. Vibrant branding colors infuse the space with an energy that is both playful and inviting, reinforcing SISTA Dumpling’s lively identity. The interplay of hues is more than aesthetic; it creates a sensory experience that reflects the bold flavors of the cuisine.

Spatial design plays a crucial role in enhancing comfort and ambiance. A series of strategic openings allow for optimal air circulation, ensuring a naturally ventilated and breezy environment that remains comfortable throughout the day. These architectural gestures not only enhance the guest experience but also contribute to a welcoming and open impression, inviting diners to linger and connect.
Guided by our design philosophies, this project celebrates The Power of Vision, aligning with SISTA Dumpling’s dynamic brand and its expansion into new territories. Grounded Practicality ensures that the space remains efficient, adaptable, and responsive to its tropical setting. Finally, Harmonizing Decisions brings everything together—balancing bold expression with thoughtful spatial planning, resulting in a venue that feels both distinctive and seamlessly integrated into its Uluwatu surroundings.
SISTA Dumpling Uluwatu is an experience shaped by color, openness, and a deliberate focus on interior storytelling.
