A key objective is to craft a home that feels visually open and spacious while maintaining thermal comfort—ensuring the interiors are neither overly bright nor warm.
To achieve this, the design prioritizes the strategic use of natural light and airflow. Carefully positioned openings and thoughtful spatial arrangements allow daylight to enter without overwhelming the space, while cross-ventilation ensures a constant flow of fresh air. This results in a home that remains cool, comfortable, and energy-efficient, even in warmer months.
