Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect. You will be responsible to prepare all documents related to the design team, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure incorporation of all information into the documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Design
- Min. 2 years of working experience in residential & commercial projects.
- Min. 1 year of project management experience is a bonus.
- Perfect fluency in spoken and written English.
- Advanced knowledge in design processes, material specifications, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Strong organizational, communication , and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct other design efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing and equipment, lighting and color coordination.
- Prepare and conduct client presentations.
- Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements.
- Prepare color and material presentations and generate specifications.
