Daf Ashari Shares Insights at Bottega & Artisan Events

We're thrilled to share some exciting news from our studio! Our principal designer, Daf Ashari, recently had the incredible opportunity to be a guest speaker at two special events hosted by the esteemed brand, Bottega & Artisan. The events took place at two of Bali's prominent educational institutions: Universitas Warmadewa and the Institute of Design & Business (IDB) Bali.

For those who might not be familiar with them, Bottega & Artisan are more than just a material supplier. They are a brand built on a philosophy that combines the finest craftsmanship with artistic design. The name itself, blending "Bottega" (Italian for "the finest workshop") and "Artisan," perfectly captures their mission. They are renowned for their high-quality materials, especially their large-format porcelain and sintered stone slabs, which are crafted using cutting-edge European technology to replicate the beauty of natural stone. Their commitment to quality and innovation is truly inspiring, and it’s no surprise they are a leader in the architecture and interior design industry.

Daf's presentations focused on a topic close to our hearts: what it takes to become a designer. He covered essential do's and don'ts, offering a look into the realities of the profession. He also shared valuable tips and tricks for the design process itself, alongside practical advice about navigating the architecture and design industry.

It was an honor for Daf to connect with the next generation of creative minds and share the knowledge he's gained throughout his career.
