Aoyama Bakery, renowned for its authentic Japanese pastries, is excited to open its first branch in Indonesia.

Translating visions into responsible expression.

The chosen location, a former ramen shop, provides a unique opportunity to blend traditional Japanese elements with the existing space. By maintaining the original kitchen layout, the renovation process is streamlined, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective transformation.

Embracing its Japanese heritage, Aoyama Bakery's design integrates subtle yet impactful accents that reflect its cultural roots. The material palette is deliberately chosen to evoke a sense of calm and elegance, featuring neutral tones complemented by light wood finishes. This creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that aligns with the bakery's branding guidelines. Adding a touch of vibrancy, strategic pops of orange are incorporated as accent colors, infusing the space with a contemporary and dynamic feel.
