Their new building will embrace a tropical design concept, which means it'll be designed to stay cool without relying too much on air conditioning. This will be achieved through a clever ventilation system that lets in plenty of fresh air. The idea is to make guests feel comfortable while enjoying their meal. Additionally, the building will feature a high ceiling with a unique window, strategically placed to help hot air escape. This design trick not only helps maintain a pleasant temperature but also creates a sense of openness and spaciousness inside the restaurant.
One of the standout features of the new location is its orientation towards the picturesque rice fields in Petitenget. This decision was made to offer diners a serene and captivating view while enjoying their meals. To enhance this experience further, the roof of the building will slope in the direction of the rice fields, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, the seating arrangement will be carefully planned so that every guest has the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking view.
Despite its bustling location, the facade of the building will remain modest to shield diners from the noise of the busy street, creating a peaceful oasis for patrons to enjoy their dining experience.

In terms of aesthetics, the design will feature a neutral color palette with pops of Taco Casa's signature red, ensuring a cohesive and branded look throughout the establishment. To add a touch of uniqueness, custom-made cement tiles will adorn the bar area, mirroring the patterns found on the front of the building and adding to the overall charm and character of the space.
