As the esteemed owners embark on the creation of their inaugural private residence, their vision is clear: to craft a home that fosters togetherness and harmony, accommodating the needs of their extended family. From the outset, the design intention is rooted in the serene elegance of Japanese-inspired architecture.
The design of the house, heavily influenced by Japanese aesthetics, embodies a celebration of minimalism and functionality. While the architecture has been largely predetermined, we have been granted creative control over the selection of materials and finishes, allowing us to infuse the interiors with our vision of understated elegance.

Lighter wood tones and wood slats as wall cladding are employed throughout the space, evoking a sense of warmth and simplicity. This choice not only enhances the brightness of the rooms but also complements the overall theme of minimalism. Matte black metal accents are introduced to add a touch of modern sophistication, creating a sleek and cohesive aesthetic.
The interior design concept extends seamlessly into the guest and children's bedrooms, each tailored to reflect the unique personalities and needs of its occupants. Customizations such as larger study areas or walk-in closets are incorporated to accommodate individual preferences, while maintaining the overall design integrity of the house.

In contrast, the master bedroom exudes a more mature and refined atmosphere, characterized by darker wood tones and sturdy furniture selections. This deliberate departure from the lighter, more youthful aesthetic of the children's rooms reflects the homeowners' desire for a space that exudes sophistication and comfort.
At the heart of the home lies the multipurpose room, a versatile space designed to foster family togetherness and productivity. Here, a long communal table provides ample seating for collaborative work or family gatherings, while adjacent seating areas offer a cozy spot for reading or relaxation.
