With the land gracefully cascading towards the river, boasting a significant contour elevation, our approach embraces a philosophy of minimal intervention.
By judiciously aligning the building levels to follow the natural contours, we effortlessly integrate the structure with the land, minimizing disruptive cut and fill techniques.
At the heart of our architectural narrative lies the elegant incorporation of rammed earth, a material revered for its durability, thermal properties, and minimal ecological impact.

This strategic placement not only enhances the organic flow of the architecture but also offers a pragmatic solution, with the open living spaces and the serene master bedroom gracing the upper floors, while the lower levels host the private sanctuaries and an inviting swimming pool.
The building's orientation is also meticulously crafted to frame picturesque river views while discreetly cocooning the inhabitants from neighboring gazes, ensuring a harmonious balance between panoramic vistas and cherished privacy.
