This project is a joint endeavor between two owners who foresee the eventual division of the property into two separate entities as part of their exit strategy.

Synergizing Human, Space, and Nature

The space allocation includes four typical villas and two master villas, all following a similar architectural style. Additionally, there is a commercial building situated at the front of the property, designed to accommodate multiple tenants who can rent individual spaces within the building. This approach not only maximizes the potential rental income but also offers flexibility for future tenants.

In line with the tropical ambiance of Bali, the architectural style of the project embraces a blend of natural elements and modern design. This is exemplified by the rendered walls, which feature textures and finishes reminiscent of the local landscape, ensuring harmony with the surroundings. To inject a touch of personality, the typical villas are adorned with vibrant colors, allowing each building to stand out and make a statement.

Contrasting with the playful palette of the typical villas, the master villas exude an air of sophistication with a darker color palette and the use of luxurious materials. This elevated design approach lends a sense of exclusivity and refinement to these residences.

The commercial building, strategically positioned at the front, prioritizes ample natural light to create an inviting and airy atmosphere. Separate stair access for the upper and ground floors ensures flexibility in leasing to different tenants, enhancing the commercial building's versatility and appeal. The reception area, centrally located within the commercial building, serves as a one-gate system, providing a sense of security and organization for both tenants and visitors alike.
