Villa Magnus is a retreat designed to immerse its residents in a natural and serene environment.

Synergizing Human, Space, and Nature

Reflecting the owner’s affinity for gardens, the villa is thoughtfully arranged in a U-shape, with a central swimming pool and lush garden serving as the heart of the residence. This design ensures that every room enjoys a wide, unobstructed view of the central garden and pool, fostering a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The material palette of Villa Magnus blends raw and refined elements to create a unique and inviting atmosphere. Inside, the use of exposed concrete is paired with green tiles that add a vibrant accent, reflecting the villa’s natural surroundings. The exterior, dominated by dark hues and rich wood textures, creates a warm and earthy facade that blends seamlessly with the landscape. This combination of materials underscores the villa’s commitment to natural beauty, offering a space that is both modern and deeply connected to its environment.

The layout of Villa Magnus emphasizes openness and flow, with large openings in each room that frame views of the pool and garden. This design allows natural light and fresh air to permeate the interiors, enhancing the sense of tranquility and connection to nature.
The central garden and pool not only provide visual relief but also serve as a focal point around which the villa’s living spaces are organized, creating a harmonious balance between the built environment and the natural landscape.
