 What do you actually do? 

We provide full architecture and interior design services — from the first concept all the way through to construction supervision. That covers concept design, design development, technical drawings, and construction assessment. 

One thing we don't do: move-in styling or furnishing. That's the territory of an interior stylist or decorator, and we're happy to recommend one. 

Can I hire you for interior design only? 

Absolutely. If your structure is already in place and you want help with layout, materials, furniture, and the overall interior feel — that's a project we love taking on. 

How does the design process work? 

We start with understanding your brief: your needs, lifestyle, and vision. From there, we move through concept design, design development, and then technical drawings — construction-ready documentation that covers architecture, interior, structure, and MEP. 

Each stage is billed progressively, based on the scope and complexity of your project. 

As a general timeframe: interior design projects typically take around 3–4 months from start to finish. Architecture projects run longer — usually 6–8 months — due to the additional design development involved. We'll give you a clear timeline after the first consultation. 

Do you handle construction too? 

We collaborate closely with trusted contractors. You're welcome to bring your own builder, or we can recommend one that suits your project. Either way, we stay involved throughout to maintain design quality and alignment.  

How do you oversee the construction phase? 

During construction, we provide a separate Construction Assessment service — periodic site visits and coordination with the contractor and consultants to make sure everything is being built as designed. This is not direct construction management, but it keeps design integrity intact throughout. It can be charged monthly or as a lump sum, depending on the project's duration and scope.  

How long does construction take? 

A residential villa typically takes around 12–18 months to complete. For commercial projects, the timeline depends on scale, complexity, and level of detailing — we'll give a more accurate estimate once the scope is defined.  

How much does construction cost? 

For our design standard, construction typically ranges around IDR 18–20 million per sqm. The final number depends on site conditions, materials, and detailing level. Budget clarity from the start helps us guide material choices so expectations and outcomes stay aligned.

Do you work on projects outside Bali? 

Yes. Most of our work is in Bali, but we've handled projects in other cities and overseas. Remote coordination is part of how we work. 

What does the initial consultation look like — and does it cost anything? 

The initial consultation is complimentary. We use it to understand your project and assess whether we're the right fit. For more in-depth design advice beyond that first conversation, fees apply. 

If you're still in the early stages, this session is a good way to get clarity on design direction, realistic costs, and what the process actually involves — especially useful if you'll need planning permits (PBG / SLF), which typically require an architect anyway.

Look at their portfolio and check whether their experience matches your project type. Then talk to them — describe your project and see how they respond. Responsiveness, communication style, and how well they listen matter just as much as the work itself. You'll be collaborating closely for months, so the personal fit is real.

How quickly can I expect to receive design deliverables?
Our standard is to deliver each design draft — conceptual or construction drawings — within 3 weeks. For projects under 100 sqm, timelines can be more flexible.
