Situated within a bustling Swiss train station, our client's vision is to create a quick and convenient salad bar for commuters and travelers.
Translating visions into responsible expression.
The concept revolves around offering fresh, healthy salads that customers can order via an app and pick up effortlessly on the go. The design aims to reflect the freshness and cleanliness of the food, enhancing the overall customer experience.
The design of the store centers on a clean and fresh aesthetic to match the wholesome offerings. The vegetable display is strategically placed behind the counters, allowing customers to see the fresh ingredients being used in their salads. This visual transparency builds trust and emphasizes the quality of the produce.

To ensure efficiency, the salad counter is directly connected to the pickup window. This layout allows staff to quickly and smoothly transfer orders from preparation to pickup, minimizing wait times and maintaining a streamlined workflow.
Along the front window, we've installed a seating area where customers can enjoy their salads while observing the lively train station environment. This seating not only provides a pleasant dining experience but also serves to attract passersby, drawing them into the store.
At the back of the store, we've incorporated a retail area. This space gives customers something to browse while waiting for their orders, offering additional products that complement their healthy lifestyle. This thoughtful arrangement enhances the overall customer journey, making the most of every moment spent in the store.
