To realize that vision, an understanding that each villa’s connection to its surroundings is essential. By carefully considering the site topography, we are able to determine the most optimal orientation and elevation for each villa, allowing them to take full advantage of natural light, stunning vistas, and the scenic beauty of the environment. Strategic placement on the site ensures that no villa is overshadowed by another, preserving each one’s unique perspective.
The design of the villas embraces the concept of hierarchy in views. The layout of each villa is planned to ensure that while each homeowner enjoys privacy, they also have an expansive and inviting view to savor. Varying roof heights and open floor plans play a critical role in this, allowing for a dynamic visual experience. The use of natural elements—landscaping, trees, and green buffers—acts as both a functional barrier and a beautiful addition, helping to shield each villa from the others without interrupting the broader vista. These natural barriers also add to the overall aesthetic, fostering a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
