Roots, a renowned vegan culinary establishment with a strong presence in Germany, is poised to embark on an exciting expansion endeavor by venturing into the vibrant market of Bali.

Translating visions into responsible expression.

With meticulous consideration, they have identified an aged Joglo nestled within the prime locale of Pererenan as the ideal canvas for their inaugural venture in this tropical paradise. The vintage Joglo structure presents a captivating blend of rustic charm, historical significance, and cultural resonance, enriching the ambiance of Roots' forthcoming establishment in Bali. Its weathered façade and rich heritage infuse the space with a sense of authenticity, inviting patrons to embark on a sensory journey steeped in tradition.

Amidst its inherent allure, the architectural layout of the Joglo introduces a unique set of challenges that necessitate thoughtful navigation. The presence of four central posts or columns poses a constraint on the spatial configuration, compelling us to reconcile the dichotomy between preserving the building's intrinsic character and optimizing design flexibility.
