Sinamon's triumphant ascent in the culinary realm culminates in a bold new chapter as they set their sights on expansion, with the unveiling of a tantalizing new outpost nestled within the vibrant enclave of Pantai Indah Kapuk in North Jakarta.
Situated within the bustling locale of PIK, with limited building frontage of merely 7 meters, capturing pedestrian attention posed a considerable challenge. In response, an innovative solution was devised: an extension was strategically crafted towards the frontage, thereby augmenting the façade and enhancing visibility from the bustling thoroughfare.

Embracing the ethos of PIK's emergent urban landscape, our endeavor is to seamlessly integrate with the vibrant tapestry of Jakarta's northern lifestyle, thereby fostering a sense of belonging and resonance with the local populace.
Spatial Optimization
With a focus on optimizing spatial functionality, meticulous attention was paid to the layout. Dual access points were incorporated: one dedicated to patrons and another discreetly designated for service personnel and logistical operations. The open kitchen concept, a hallmark of Sinamon outlets, remains central, affording patrons a captivating glimpse into the culinary craftsmanship behind each delicacy. Furthermore, a deliberate segregation of the pick-up and seating areas was enacted; the former conveniently situated on the ground floor to cater to the exigencies of quick transactions, while the latter finds its abode on the upper floor, providing a serene haven for patrons seeking a leisurely respite.

Interior Design Aesthetics
Aesthetic elements were meticulously curated to evoke a sense of continuity and thematic cohesion. Drawing inspiration from the quintessential cinnamon roll, the ceiling design adopts a rounded motif, echoing the graceful curvature of its namesake. The predominant use of neutral concrete imbues the space with an understated elegance, serving as a versatile canvas upon which design elements can flourish. Accentuating this minimalist backdrop are touches of natural leather and vibrant yellow cushions, lending a pop of color and tactile warmth to the ambience.
