Synergizing Human, Space, and Nature
Tucked within the peaceful embrace of Tanjung Lesung, Villa Vanili offers a design approach focused on echoing the calm and charm of the surrounding environment within the interior spaces. Every room in Villa Vanili is crafted to be a peaceful retreat, a space that carries the soft breeze, the scent of vanilla, and the soothing essence of nature indoors. Tranquility here is not just a feeling, it's a living presence. It speaks through the color palettes, materials, textures, and curated spatial flow. It’s a quiet invitation to pause, breathe, and feel inside the villa.
Our design idea was to create a space that brings the serenity of the outdoors into the heart of the interior. We combined natural materials from the surrounding landscape with the refined, luxurious elements our client envisioned. Marble, lava stone, and brass were thoughtfully paired with warm wood, handwoven rattan, and crafted timber accents—creating a rich, tactile dialogue between elegance and earthiness.

To deepen the sense of place, we introduced accent colors drawn from Batik Banten Datulaya, incorporating its distinctive yellow and gray hues. The result is a space that feels grounded yet elevated, calm yet deeply expressive.
Each bedroom is conceived as a private retreat, complete with its own walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom—offering an elevated sense of comfort and quiet luxury. Ultimately, the vision for Villa Vanili is simple yet profound: to create a home that doesn’t compete with its surroundings, but becomes a part of them.
